2001 Tantalizing Chardonnay
A rich yellow-gold color, this wine has wonderful aromatics with fresh cider, cream, honeysuckle and a hint of citrus. On the palate, ripe fruit creates a rich, pleasing structure with an elegant balance. The pleasing fruit nicely integrates with body,
and acidity. A perfect accompaniment for many seafood and poultry dishes as well as a variety of cheeses.

The grapes for this wine come from a small parcel located just south of the winery. The vines are 60 years old and consistently produce some amazing fruit. This 60 year-old vineyard was left unfarmed for several years until Test Vineyards revived and re-planted parts of the vineyard in 1989. The cool coastal site produces an exquisite French style chardonnay.
